Are the ingredients used in My Pets Love It products natural and organic?
Yes. We only use a combination of natural and organic ingredients in all of our dog treats and foods.

What is the difference between “natural” and “organic” foods?
Foods that are made with natural ingredients are free of chemicals, preservatives, and artificial colors or flavoring. Natural ingredients are minimally processed and are preserved with natural substances, such as vitamins C and E. Some producers of natural foods create natural meats that are raised without antibiotics or added hormones and are never fed animal by-products. Whereas “certified organic” ingredients, must meet strict standards set by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) that spell out how ingredients are produced and processed. These standards do not allow the use of pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, preservatives, artificial ingredients or genetically engineered ingredients. My Pets Love It only uses natural and/or organic ingredients!

What is “poultry/meat/animal by-product meal” in pet food?
Animal by-product, such as chicken by-product and meat by-product, is one of the main ingredients in the majority of conventional and commercial pet foods and treats. Animal by-product, such as chicken and meat, is made from grinding rendered parts of carcasses and may contain bones, feet, intestines, undeveloped eggs, and feathers, possibly as well as infected bits of brain and spinal cord meat. My Pets Love It does not use any meal that is made from poultry by-product or meat by-product.

What meat products does My Pets Love It use?
My Pets Love It only uses naturally and organically raised meat, such as chicken and turkey. These meats do not contain antibiotics, growth-promoting hormones, artificial preservatives, or additives. They are humanely raised in a controlled environment and fed only natural or organic grains and grasses; they are never fed pesticide-laden feed, rendered meat scraps containing bones, feathers, fish meal, animal fats, oils, or grease.

How are My Pets Love It treats and foods made?
My Pets Love It treats are baked at low temperatures to help retain important nutrients, while providing a thorough cooking.

How is My Pets Love It pet food preserved?
My Pets Love It treats do not use any preservatives. The treats are typically baked-to-order. It can be kept fresh in a sealed container or in the refrigerator. Specific instructions are always sent with each order.

What is your shipping and handling policy?
Orders must be made at least 3 days in advance with time allowed for shipping and handling, if applied.

Will typically deliver via priority mail-S&H is additional; Door-to-door delivery may be possible in certain Dade Miami-Florida areas for purchase of $40, delivery will be free.

Special orders and pricing may be available for large orders.

What is your refund policy?

How do I make an order?
Even though our shopping cart is currently under construction, we are able to process our orders through PayPal’s safe and secure "PayPal invoice" system. However, you do not need to have a PayPal account. Read below..

Email us at order@mypetsloveitonline.com with your exact order. Shortly after you will receive a conformation email indicating that your order has been received.

A second email will be sent out with your invoice by PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account, the invoice will give you an option to pay with your major credit card. Once we receive full payment we will ship your item in less than 24 hours.
