What is organic food and what's the difference to Natural?
Natural: the food is free of chemical, preservatives and artificial colors. Natural pet foods generally are minimally processed and are preserved with natural substances, such as vitamins C and E. Where as “natural” “certified organic” pet foods must meet strict standards set by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) that spell out how ingredients are produced and processed. These standards do not allow the use of pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, preservatives, artificial ingredients or genetically engineered ingredients.

Why My Pets love It products use natural chickens?
Naturally fed "human grade" chickens do not contain antibiotics, artificial preservatives, additives or colors. The chickens are humanely raised in a controlled environment and never fed rendered meat scraps containing bones, feathers, fish meal, or animal fats, oils, or grease.

What is “poultry by-product meal” in pet food?
Poultry by-product meal is defined as meat that is derived from ground necks, feet and intestines

Are the ingredients in My Pets Love It organic pet food organic?
Yes. More than 70% of all ingredients used in the formulation of all My Pets Love It are organic.

How is My Pets Love it organic pet food cooked?
My Pets Love It treats are cooked at low temperatures to help retain important nutrients, yet provide a thorough cooking.

How is My Pets Love It pet food preserved?
My Pets Love It pet treats do not use any preservative. It can be keep fresh in a sealed container o keep in the refrigerator.

What is your shipping and handling policy?
Orders must be made at least 3 days in advance and time allowed for shipping and handling, if applied.

Will typically deliver via priority mail-S&H is additional; Door-to-door delivery may be possible in certain Dade Miami-Florida areas for purchase of $50, delivery will be free.

Special orders and pricing may be available for large orders.

What is your refund policy?

How do I make an order?
Even-though our shopping cart is currently under construction we are able to process our orders through paypal's safe and secure "PayPal invoice" system.

Email us at order@mypetsloveitonline.com with your exact order. Shortly after you will receive a conformation email indicating that your order has been received.

A second email will be sent out with your invoice by PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account, the invoice will give you an option to pay with your major credit card. Once we receive full payment we will ship your item in less than 24 hours.
